Cause

This issue will occur for backup set with filter, that has a 'Top Directory' setting that is broader than the backup source selected.

Example would be the backup source selected is a sub-folder of the top directory setting:
Backup Source: C:\BackupSource

Solution

This is a known issue with Pro / PC version 6.13.0.0.
To resolve the issue, please upgrade the client agent to version 6.13.2.0 or above.
